Today’s exercise is a variation on the traditional press-up with a twist that means you can use your own desk as a piece of apparatus.
With two levels of difficulty to choose from this exercise not only raises your heart rate, but also build upper body strength.
Remember to do 3 sets of 20 reps with a short break in between.
