Entries have officially opened for the Cornwall Business Awards 2014.
Companies of all sizes throughout Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly are being invited to battle it out for the Duchy’s most coveted business honours.
Now in its ninth successful year, the Awards programme is organised and presented by Cornwall Development Company (CDC), in partnership with Business Cornwall magazine and Cornwall Chamber of Commerce.
The aim is to celebrate the best of Cornwall’s business community, raising the county’s national profile as a hotbed of quality and innovation, and inspiring local companies to strive for ever higher standards.
From today, entries are being invited for 14 awards, including a new category for 2014 – Best Digital Marketing.
CDC chief executive, Suzanne Bond, said: “The enormous diversity, quality and talent shown by Cornwall Business Award winners sends a very clear message that Cornwall is a fantastic place to do business. I strongly urge companies of all types and sizes to take part. It’s time to step into the spotlight and be recognised.”
The winners will be announced on Thursday May 15 at a glittering gala dinner at St Mellion International Resort.
