Time for some serious leg work with Felicia today.

Often we sit at our desks for hours on end. Just by spending a couple of minutes in the morning doing some simple squat exercises can significantly increase your energy levels.

The next result is you feel more alert, less lethargic and at the same time giving your legs and lower body a really good workout.

This exercise doesn’t have to be done using a ball, but the benefits are vastly accelerated with one.
