So this is the last in the current series of Felcia’s Desktop Workout and we are going out in style.
Strong core muscles help with overall fitness, self-confidence and also posture. A really good way of building strength without putting so much strain on your lower back is by planking.
This can be done individually or as a group activity.
Why not challenge colleagues at work to a planking contest to see who can hold it for longest?
Remember when planking, position is everything.
