The Headland has appointed an experienced hotelier to its leadership team.
Jason Adams will assume the role of interim MD for a six-month period.
The Headland hopes that Adams’ extensive expertise, gained over a successful career that includes a four-year tenure at County Durham’s AA five red-star resort, Rockliffe Hall, will significantly contribute to the next stage of its success.
Family director, Veryan Palmer, said: “Welcoming Jason to The Headland brings us great pleasure. We are thrilled at the prospect of his guidance, which we believe will offer invaluable direction to our exceptional team during this new interim phase.
“As we deliberate on strategic decisions regarding the future leadership structure, we eagerly anticipate the unique insights he will provide. Our goal is to solidify The Headland’s position as the foremost luxury resort in the south west, and we are confident that Jason will play a pivotal role in this next stage for our family-owned hotel.”
Adams has held key roles at renowned establishments such as Rockliffe Hall, Foxhills Club and Resort, the Arden Hotel, the Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant in Jersey, and Seaham Hall in County Durham, contributing to his successful and diverse career in the hospitality industry.
He added: “I am delighted to be welcomed by Veryan and the family to oversee the next chapter of this wonderful property.
“I have holidayed here for a few years now and always admired the way things were run, the location and the investment, and I hope to make further strides with the team and the hotels commercial direction.”
