Building work has begun in the grounds of the Budock Vean Hotel on a new set of luxury three-bedroomed holiday homes.
Martin Barlow, whose family has owned the Budock Vean for three generations, commented: “We’ve worked so carefully on the plans for these new homes because they have to be exactly right.
“They have to sit in this beautiful landscape as if they’ve always been here – and certainly enhance rather than detract from it.
“Our team of designers and builders Steve Coombe, Richard Thomas Partnerships and Nova Construction have been fantastic and I know in a few months’ time we’ll be looking at beautiful dwellings we are really proud of and that will give a few lucky owners a piece of this special part of the world.”
Each of the detached properties will be sold on a managed-lease basis – maintained, managed and let by the Budock Vean team.
