The Greenbank hotel’s group drinks specialist, Holly Bennetts, has been named one of the UK’s top ten bartenders.
Holly Bennetts competed against the brightest stars in the UK’s mixology scene in Edinburgh in the finals of World Class Great Britain Competition. Her bespoke cocktail, named ‘24 Degrees of Smoke’, featured flavours of caramelised apricot and smoked tea.
“Competing in World class has been an unforgettable experience,” said Bennetts.
“Seeing the passion, spirit, and dedication of top bartenders from across the UK is inspiring and to get through to the final ten, representing The Greenbank, has been an honour.”
