Based in Coodes’ St Austell office, Grose brings a wealth of experience of working with individuals, businesses and charities to her new position, which will focus on contested wills and inheritance.

She has 14 years’ legal experience in London and the ssouth west, most recently as head of contentious trusts and probate at Foot Anstey.

She is one of only three Cornish members of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), the leading body for legal professionals in the field.

She said: “Joining Coodes gives me the opportunity to build on my experience within a specialist team in one of the region’s leading firms of solicitors.

“Changing family structures, a growing awareness of their inheritance entitlement and a culture of ‘DIY Wills and probate’ have all contributed to a growing demand for legal advice on inheritance disputes. This move is a great opportunity for me to further develop my skills in Cornwall.”
