Details have been released for this year’s Padstow Christmas Festival.
The event (Dec 7-10) will feature a stellar line-up of celebrity chef cookery demonstrations, live music, community events, a firework display and a huge local food/drink Christmas market.
General admission tickets for the Christmas Festival are free and £5 per day for the chef demonstrations in the Sharp’s Chefs Theatre.
“We will be assembling the very best Chefs in the UK and the world in Cornwall for what will be a remarkable celebration of food, Christmas and Padstow,” said festival founder and organiser, Tina Evans.
“We are delighted to only be charging a small daily fee for our cef demonstrations in the Sharp’s Chefs Theatre and feel strongly that our festival should be accessible and enjoyed by everyone.
“This is a world-class event and a rare opportunity to see the finest and most well-loved chefs in the country cooking on-stage and doing what they do best.”
Among many others, the chef line-up includes Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth, Michael Caines, Valentine Warner, Jack Stein, Emily Scott, Matt Tebbutt, Jude Kereama, Rick Toogood and Alex Hollywood.
