Agency founder, Sam Charles, established Float Digital with a mission: to forge an authentic path in digital marketing by crafting comprehensive campaigns grounded in transparency and integrity. Armed with a business and marketing degree earned from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, Sam embarked on a journey, hopping between various agencies and even assuming the role of marketing manager at Australia’s largest beauty retailer while residing in Queensland.

Throughout these experiences, Sam honed her expertise, in roles such as an SEO consultant, a strategic marketing manager, and an agile account manager. This multifaceted journey exposed her to the intricacies of sales and project management. In spite of it all, the stress of working in an agency took its toll, leading her to a crossroads where burnout made an unwelcome appearance.

In reflecting on her journey, Sam realised that limited time and resources often hindered her from consistently delivering the best outcomes for clients.
