Shore Partnership are pleased to announce a successful first half year with several high value sales in some of Cornwall’s most desirable areas.
Founder and director, Ben Davies, said: “Since the pandemic we have witnessed unprecedented demand for quality homes in the southwest. The trends we had already seen of people working from home and the desire for a better quality of life for their families has accelerated. Demand is at the highest levels we have ever known with supply struggling to keep up. Cornwall has proved itself to be the perfect place in which to live, work and holiday. Our beautiful county has become a world-class destination for leading edge technology, food & drink and of course its unrivalled outdoor lifestyle”.
As well as the staycation trend, the publicity around the G7 Summit has seen increased enquiries for Carbis Bay and Lelant with Shore Partnership securing over £9.5m worth of sales in this area since the end of restrictions. The Fal River and surrounding villages is always popular and another record period saw over £5m worth of property sales completed in Mawnan Smith alone.
Shore Partnership was formed in September 2019 by partners Ben Davies, Tim May and Andrew Berry. With over 50 years’ combined experience in the Cornish property market, their aim is to provide a trusted and personal service of the very highest quality.
“With the rush to beat the stamp duty holiday and the increased competition for Cornwall’s limited housing supply, 2021 is already much busier than we could have predicted,” said Ben. “Demand is still growing and we are pleased to have some exciting instructions coming to the market very soon”.
