The Millendreath Beach Resort near Looe is under new ownership after being acquired by Valley Resorts for an undisclosed sum.
The popular Cornish beach resort comprises a collection of self-catering apartments, a south-facing beach, and 65 acres of private woodland.
The addition takes Valley Resorts’ Cornish portfolio up four, including Towan Valley, Porthtowan; Leycroft Valley near Perranporth and St Merryn Park, near Padstow.
