Truro Golf Club has newly completed the most significant refurbishment of its clubhouse facilities in its 85-year history. The clubhouse is now being relaunched with a new menu and upgraded services targeting the general public.

Truro Golf Club captain, Mark Dawes, said: “The golf club is a much-loved local institution and the views from the clubhouse are stunning. In fact, we believe these are the best views of the city to be found from anywhere. We want it to become a destination venue for everyone in the local area.”

The refurbishment has seen a complete restyling of the restaurant and bar area to create an “airy, contemporary space with a relaxing ambience”. The work has been undertaken by Truro-based CAD Architects, Sara Taylor Interior Designer, and main contractor Salmon and Collett.

Truro Golf Club was established in 1937. It offers an 18 Hole, par 67 parkland course which stretches a total of 5,372 yards.
