A new conference facility was opened in Truro last week as it hosted Cornwall College Business’ (CCB) annual training event – Shape Your Future Business Success.
Delegates from across the Duchy gathered at The Business Space to hear how local companies are enjoying success thanks to their investment in training and development.
The Business Space boasts conference rooms for up to 60 people, board rooms for 12, meeting and interview rooms, with an on-site café and relaxing breakout areas. Rooms can be hired individually, or the whole centre can be booked for larger events.
Dave Linnell OBE, principal of Cornwall College, said: “CCB are dedicated to supporting local businesses grow and thrive, and through the creation of The Business Space we are responding to their need for a venue designed to provide the space to host events and meetings away from their office. In the heart of Truro, and designed specifically for businesses, the venue is unique and we hope it will provide the environment businesses need to develop and succeed.”
For those who were unable to attend the conference, The Business Space will be opening its doors on Thursday October 22, from 10am – 4pm.
