The term organisational debt was coined by American entrepreneur Steve Blank to describe the impact that people and culture compromises to “just get it done” can have on a business.
In his Headtalk, Roberts will delve further into what it is, the impact of ignoring it, and ways to manage and control it.
The Headtalk takes place in the FibreHub auditorium in Pool on Thursday, March 17, but will also be available as a video recording for those who are unable to attend.
