Hall for Cornwall is giving people the chance to own their own unique piece of art for just £10 with the launch of an art raffle featuring 23 original works by noted artists.

Long-term Hall for Cornwall supporter and ex-trustee, Clare Latimer, worked with the Hall for Cornwall team to approach several renowned UK artists with a shared affection for Cornwall, asking for their support by kindly donating artworks for a community raffle.

Artists including Alan Cotton, William Oxer, Bryony Hill, Susie Ray, Evelyn Binns and Lady Frances Sorrell are among those who have donated works with themes ranging from Cornish gardens and landscapes, to fishing and flowers.

Latimer said: “We are thrilled that so many talented artists have come on board to support our art raffle which raises funds to support Hall for Cornwall and its vital charitable work, including engaging with young people and nurturing local talent.”

Tickets cost just £10 per entry and can be bought individually or in multiples. Each piece of artwork has a separate raffle draw so entrants can choose which pieces they would like to be in with the chance of winning. The raffle is open for a limited period and closes on November 26. To view the various art works and enter, click here.

Hall for Cornwall recently re-opened with the sell-out Fisherman’s Friends: The Musical, following a three-year, multi-million pound rebuild. It is closed during November while the finishing touches are put to some areas of the venue yet to be completed, and will reopen with the Christmas show Cinderella, which runs from December 1 to January 2.
