A small number of places remain on Unlocking Potential’s start-up programme, which gets underway later this month.
Budding entrepreneurs dreaming of running their own business have until October 23 to get their application in, with the programme starting on October 28.
Since 2010, the programme has supported and enabled the development of over 80 businesses, helping graduates with good ideas turn them into successful businesses. From January to December 2012, the combined turnover of new businesses supported by Unlocking Potential grew by 348%.
The initiative includes tailor-made workshops, regular contact with a business development manager, a training and development fund, mentor support, access to a network of peers and insightful experts along with potential investment to help turn talent into a growing business.
The Convergence-funded programme begins with a three-day Boot Camp on October 28, 29 and November 4 and is followed by workshops covering such areas as marketing, finance, intellectual Property and time management.
Places are limited and applications must be received by October 23. For more information and to apply, click here.
