Specialist agricultural solicitors at Coodes will be offering Farmer Friendly Advice at a seminar this month.

Partner Pam Johns, who heads up Coodes’ rural business team, is leading the event in Launceston on Thursday, November 18.

The seminar takes place between 5pm and 7pm at Liberty House, North Gate Street in Launceston.

Johns, based at Coodes Solicitors in Holsworthy, said: “With our rural business team, we’ve brought together a complete spectrum of legal support for the agricultural community.

“Coodes has been working with farmers and agricultural businesses for more than 200 years so we understand the issues facing this sector inside out.

“At this seminar we will be exploring a range of legal updates and topics which impact on you, your family and your farm.”

The Farmer Friendly Advice seminar will cover:

  • Wills and Community Land Trusts
  • Exception Site planning
  • Lifetime Planning
  • Agricultural wage changes
  • Rights of way
  • ‘Whys and wherefores’ of agricultural occupancy conditions
