The residential land market in Cornwall is showing cautious signs of improvement, according to Alder King property consultants.
Alder King has acquired three sites of land suitable for residential development on behalf of a Cornish private company- in Liskeard, St Ives and Penzance.
Tim Smart, head of agency – Cornwall at Alder King said: “We are now receiving enquiries from developers and private companies who are looking to acquire strategically placed plots of land for future residential development. Many of these sites will not be developed immediately, but instead development will be timed to anticipate market demand.
“Whilst this is only a cautious sign of recovery, we very much welcome it and hope that it will be sustained as the year progresses.”
