The winners have been revealed for Business Cornwall’s Best Places to Work 2024, identifying and honouring the best places of employment in the county.
Companies from across the Duchy entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Cornwall. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics which was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation.
The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This important part of the process was worth 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
In total, ten companies made the cut this year, with Truro-based accountancy Whyfield being ranked #1, followed by Solve Web Media and Hiyield.
Other companies identified as the Best Places to Work included Harland Accountants, Hertzian, Cornwall Marine Network, Naked Solar, Phoneta, Certus Biomedical and The Peloton.
