What is The Inclusivity Project?

The Inclusivity Project focuses on how digital technology can support healthier, happier and more inclusive workplaces. We want to help local Cornish businesses develop new products and services, using digital to grow their business.

Why is our HR grant so important right now?

Good work is vital for people’s health and wellbeing. And people who are healthy and happy can perform better in their jobs. Businesses where employees had a strong sense of organisational identity responded better to the 2008 recession. We want to support good work, and we want to help Cornish businesses be the best employers they can be.

Digital can help. Whether it is attracting the right talent, making your recruitment process fairer or more efficient, or supporting staff engagement, technology can support HR and people management at every stage.

Covid has impacted staffing

Many organisations are thinking about their approach to inclusion, about supporting staff through difficult times and about getting the most from their team.

While many organisations have sadly had to let people go, others will be thinking ahead to future recruitment, or about getting the best from a smaller team.
