Key workplace inclusion issues affecting your business will be up for discussion during a week-long series of free mini-webinars getting under way later this month.
The webinars will offer an easy-to-understand look at hot-off-the-press research into key aspects of workplace inclusion, springing from The Inclusivity Project’s last three years of talking to businesses and doing University of Exeter-led academic research into the field.
The first event, on Monday January 31, will be a Q&A on unconscious bias, delivered by Dr Daniel Derbyshire from the University of Exeter. The week will conclude on the Friday, with a discussion on resilience for small businesses through Covid and beyond.
