Constructed in 2002, CMA House is a detached three storey office building, located in the centre of Truro.
Alan Goddard, managing director of Cornish Mutual commented: “I am delighted that CMA House is now fully let to HUS Estate Agents, Galvans, Brewin Dolphin and Community First Cornwall Limited who are all high quality tenants.”
Tim Smart, head of agency for Cornwall at Alder King negotiated the deal. He said: “CMA House is one of the finest office headquarters buildings in Truro and offers fantastic views over the River Truro. We have received high interest in the building from local businesses and are delighted to welcome HUS Estate Agents as the latest tenant to CMA House.”
