Looking for a new Gem


Luxury holiday lettings specialist, Cornish Gems, is recruiting for a new position of marketing manager to spearhead further development of the Cornish Gems brand, now a registered trademark.

2014 has been a record year at Cornish Gems. The company has already achieved highest turnover figures and occupancy rates since launching back in 2007.

And in that time, the business has grown its property portfolio from three to over 150 luxury holiday homes, cottages and apartments across the Duchy.

The fast-growing lettings company now has offices in Truro and Carbis Bay, as well as a hybrid retail space in St Ives that combines a lettings office with a coffee shop – The Coffee Lounge.

To help maintain this progress, the company ss seeking to recruit an experienced and creative marketing manager to oversee the daily marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy for the company.
