Holiday lettings company Boutique Retreats has expanded its business with the appointment of new property manager Sarah Milligan.
Milligan has joined the St Agnes-based agency through the Unlocking Cornish Potential (UCP) graduate programme.
Boutique Retreats, founded by director Philippa Barton in 2007, now has 25 luxury self-catering holiday properties across Cornwall on its books.
Barton said: “We are delighted that Sarah has joined us – her expertise and enthusiasm is a perfect match for our company and I’m confident that she will become a valuable member of our small, but perfectly formed, team.”
