Helston-based holiday lettings company Classic Cottages has been recognised as one of the top two self-catering companies in the UK by consumer guide ‘Which?’
A survey of more than 2,600 Which? members that named over 400 different agencies both in the UK and abroad, awarded Classic Cottages a customer score of 89%.
The high customer score means Classic Cottages is now one of only two self-catering companies in the UK to gain the accolade of being a Which? recommended provider.
The survey, carried out last October, asked Which? members to rate any companies they had used in the past two years on everything from customer service to website usability.
Classic Cottages, which markets around 700 Cottages in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset, scored top 5-star ratings in four of the categories for customer service, ease of booking, information about the properties and website usability.
