Cornwall Council is looking for local environmental projects to apply for a share of £30k of match funding.
In collaboration with Crowdfunder, people can raise £5k on Crowdfunder, which could then be match funded by the Council by up to £5k.
Martyn Alvey, Cornwall Council’s cabinet portfolio holder for the environment and climate change, said: “We need our communities to work together and take action to lower carbon emissions. People can make a positive impact through crowdfunding and the funding available from Cornwall Council.
“If you have your own idea, there’s extra funding on offer on Crowdfunder to turn your idea into reality.”
