Spiral UK threw its doors open last week to mark National Manufacturing Day.
Helston-based Spiral UK is a leading manufacturer of high-end spiral and helical bespoke staircases, having been established since 1985.
For the first time it teamed up with Make UK’s National Manufacturing Day, which sees businesses across the UK opening their doors to the public to see first-hand the work they do providing the nation’s infrastructure.
“We were delighted to open our doors to the local and business community giving us the opportunity to show what we do in Helston to manufacture and send stairs all over the UK and beyond,” said MD Eric Nicholls.
“Manufacturing offers brilliant career and job opportunities so it was great to engage with our local schools and colleges and their students so they can see what is on offer.”
