The inception of the business idea originated from the minds of Cornish-based founders Becky and Ross. Their collective vision aimed to establish a platform that not only empowered individuals to achieve their utmost potential but also played a role in enhancing the overall health of the planet.

Our emphasis is on four key pillars crucial for comprehensive mental well-being: diet and nutrition, physical health, mental well-being, and environmental and social impact. This distinctive approach sets us apart from competitors. Additionally, we provide consultations and workshops designed to assist businesses in enhancing their well-being initiatives and help with their own improvements.

Business Cornwall: What are the business’s plans both short-term and long-term?

In the short term we want to focus on delivering the highest quality of content through our ecosystem of experts to support employee’s wellbeing. We are looking to onboard business whilst continuing to iterate and refine the offering. We are also excited to build relationships with new and existing impact partners such as clean Cornwall.

In the longer term our vision is to build a business that delivers value for employers, employees and enables us to have a positive impact on the Cornish ecosystem through our partnerships with not for profits such as Plant One.
