Unlocking Potential has announced the shortlist for next week’s Graduate Celebration Awards, taking place at Princess Pavilions in Falmouth.

The awards, on Wednesday November 27, recognise the impact graduates have had on businesses in a variety of sectors, across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Unlocking Potential assists businesses in recruiting graduates to take on projects which are recognised as integral to the company’s growth.

Allyson Glover, the Unlocking Potential programme director, said: “We’ve had a very busy year and the feedback we’ve received from both the graduates and businesses they have helped to grow has been fantastic.”

This year’s awards acknowledge success and achievements in six different categories:
