There is still time to enter your company into Business Cornwall’s Best Places to Work 2024 scheme.
The free-to-enter independent survey and recognition programme looks to identify the best companies to work for in Cornwall.
Companies (15+ employees) have until December 15 to register for the programme, which Business Cornwall magazine is carrying out in collaboration with the Best Companies Group and support from the Growth Hub.
The programme is based on the views of employers and the verdicts of employees over a number of key metrics, including leadership and planning, culture and communications, working environment, relationships with managers, training/development and pay/benefits.
The collected information will be combined to enable Best Companies Group to determine the strength and weaknesses of participating companies. They will then be assessed on this data, with the best being granted Business Cornwall Best Places to Work For status.
The successful companies will appear in a comprehensive feature in the May 2024 issue of Business Cornwall magazine.
