The Regal Cinema in Redruth has been shortlisted for UK Cinema of the Year at the Screen Awards 2016.
Merlin Cinemas’ flagship venue, the Regal has six screens, including a 500-seat dual purpose ‘cine-live’ theatre, with Cornwall’s largest cinema screen, and a 100-seat restaurant.
Merlin, which has its head office in Penzance, operates 14 rural and coastal cinemas across the UK.
The awards ceremony will be held in London on October 20.
