Tom Smith, head of commercial agency at chartered surveyor Miller Commercial, has become an equity partner.
Smith joins existing partners Mike Nightingale, Brian Botting and Nick Maffey.
“I am both excited and honoured to become a partner of Miller Commercial,” said Smith. “The firm is going places and I am fortunate to work alongside a group of highly talented and hardworking people.”
Additionally, head of business transfer, Graham Timmins, has been promoted to the position of associate at Miller Commercial.
Timmins joined Miller Commercial in March 2003 and specialises in the sales across the south west of hospitality and tourism businesses, particularly holiday cottage complexes, hotels, caravan parks and campsites.
The company has also announced that Jane Perrin has been promoted to property manager and Bex Green has joined the property management team in the role of property management administrator.
