The Rosevine, near Portscatho, has appointed a new head chef.
Tim Pile has worked at some of Cornwall’s best restaurants, including respected gastro inn, the Gurnards Head near Zennor, and for Rick Stein at The Seafood Restaurant. He also spent time as junior sous chef at The Driftwood Hotel on the Roseland.
“I am really excited that Tim has joined the team,” said The Rosevine’s owner Tim Brocklebank.
“His classically trained background together with his gastro inn and hotel experience means that he is a great fit for The Rosevine.”
