Newquay-based Atlantic Distillery has secured a place on the Selfridges shelves this Christmas for its festive Panettone liqueur.
Panettone is described as a “delectable new drink that captures the essence of the Italian festive cake”. It is infused with orange and sultanas, a dash of caramel and a splash of oat-based cream so it can also be enjoyed by those who eat a dairy-free or vegan diet.
Almost a year in the making, the new Panettone liqueur has been developed exclusively for Selfridges. It is now available at its stores in London, Birmingham and Manchester as well as selfridges.com.
Atlantic Distillery founder Stuart Thomson said: “We are lucky to have some very highly developed palates on our team, acquired from years of working at top restaurants. This allowed us to quickly innovate and develop the perfect recipe for Selfridges.
“We’re really excited to be supplying Selfridges for the first time this Christmas and can’t wait to hear what their customers think of the first Panettone liqueur.”
