Posh Pasties has won a contract to be sold at one of London’s most celebrated department stores.
The creation of chef and sustainable living expert, James Strawbridge, and hand crafted by Crantock Bakery based in Indian Queens, the Posh Pasty range is to go on sale at Selfridges.
“This is the first major leap into the big city for Posh Pasties,” said Crantock Bakery MD, Matthew Hurry.
“Supplying such a prestigious store is a huge endorsement of what we know is a top quality product created from the very best Cornish produce.”
