Lizzie Smith is the latest partner to join Stephens Scown, the employee-owned and B Corp Certified law firm.
She will be joining Stephens Scown’s family team, which is the largest in the south west and the only family law team top-ranked in both Devon and Cornwall in the Chambers and Legal 500 guides.
With over a decade of experience in the financial aspects of relationship breakdown, Smith advises on divorce and financial settlements, financial support for children or following a foreign divorce, enforcement issues, and freezing injunctions. She also supports clients with non-molestation and occupation orders, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, arrangements for children and relocation applications.
