Former fighter pilot Dan Stembridge is launching a new company ‘Whole Ship Consulting’ which aims to bring a pioneering approach to businesses.
Stembridge’s extensive experience includes having been a fighter pilot, Commanding Officer of RNAS Culdrose (a workplace of over 3,000 staff) and leader of multi-billion pound Government programmes.
He said: “The Whole Ship approach is different. Fighter pilots are trained to make clear decisions and perform in complex environments with high stakes. This skillset is exactly what business leaders require. We have taken principles from elite aviation and created a practical suite of essential tools to help tomorrow’s businesses do things differently and emerge stronger and more resilient.”
Whole Ship offers a wide range of training and consultancy, including culture change mentoring, leadership training, resilience training, executive coaching and training for high performance teams.
In addition, the company is also on a mission to help businesses bounce back from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
To coincide with the official launch of the company this week, Whole Ship is offering free access to a series of training videos called ‘Think like a Fighter Pilot’ designed to help businesses bounce back following the pandemic.
