A new office development is opening in Newquay, offering flexible office and hot desking space.
Set across 18,000 sq ft and over two floors, the Mor Workspace will feature a raft of individual offices, break-out rooms and open hot desking shared space, as well as facilities for companies or individuals who require large meeting conference rooms or training spaces.
It is the brainchild of entrepreneur, Matt Miller, who has a number of business start-ups under his belt in the past 15 years.
He said: “Cornwall is such a fantastic place to live and work, and amongst all my friends and business contacts there are so many exciting things happening, all the time.
“However, any business, no matter how big or small, or even one man or women ‘bands’ are exceptionally hard work and getting to the point of being secure enough to take on a long-term lease, can be super daunting.
“Mor offers a solution to those people who want the excitement of creating their own business space without committing to a full-term, intractable business rental lease.
“There are lots of company reps or consultants who just need a desk for a few hours, or people on holiday down here who need to log-in and crack on with some tasks for a few hours or a few days, and we’ve got that space and those vital facilities for them.”
Mor Workspace is expected to open in September.
