Kelmanson Partnership, a Barnet-based insolvency practitioner, is sending out letters this week ahead of a meeting in October where Cornish Homes (UK) Ltd is expected to be put into liquidation.
Kevin Heaney, who runs the Truro-based property company, said that the current financial climate meant that the company was not earning any money. He stressed, however, that Cornish Homes (UK) was just one company in the Cornish Homes group, and that the other companies within the group and his other business interests were not affected.
