The Masterclass experiences are an ideal group activity – fun, interactive and engaging. Starting with an introduction into the wonderful world of festive botanicals and flavour profiles, it’s time to take to copper alembic pot stills and get crafting signature spirits for Christmas, to take home.
The 4-hour experiences also include a behind the scenes distillery tour, a tutored tasting of Colwith’s premium spirit collection, a welcome mulled gin, plus a delicious festive cocktail and a slice of homemade Christmas cake (made using Colwith’s Christmas Spiced Aval Dor Gin – trust us, you’ll want the recipe!).
Surrounded by rural views over the family farm in Lanlivery near Fowey, the visitor centre looks particularly magical at this time of year – the tree is up with decorations sparkling – and the gift shop is bursting with sustainably made products with provenance.
