Whether you are starting a new business, or an existing business developing new products or services, this workshop will help you manage your projects and build early working solutions in an agile way.

Agile is a mindset and methodology for innovation. Originating from the tech sector as a solution for innovative product development in complex and evolving environments.

Join us at the EPICentre on November 10 for a practical day of being agile, with Belinda Waldock.

Building an innovative solution begins with figuring out what we’re going to do and how we’re going to make that happen, how to turn that idea into reality, how to build a working solution.

In the morning we will explore agile project management to help you get your ideas out of your head onto paper, and create an agile action plan to take you forward.

In the afternoon session will look at solution development. We will practically apply agile concepts and tools to map and plan your first working solution.
