Business Cornwall: How is the business best described?

We are a technical digital marketing and web development agency. With a strong background and skillset in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), online advertising, and a heavy focus on performance, we build websites that are designed to get found easily and make a real difference to your business performance.

We also work on existing sites to improve SEO, user experience (UX) and conversion rates so they quickly start performing better.

Once the site is sorted, or if you already have a great website, we support with Google, Bing, Facebook and LinkedIn advertising, marketing planning and email marketing.

As a fully qualified teacher with loads of training experience, Sam is also happy working with your team to help you do more of this yourselves, whilst supporting at a distance.

We are a Google Partner Agency, a MailChimp Partner and a Shopify Partner.

Business Cornwall: Why was the business founded?

Whilst Cornwall is full of talented designers and content providers, we felt there was a real gap at the more technical end. Making sure your site not only looks good but delivers real return on investment and that you are monitoring your marketing to make sure you are spending your time and money in ways that actually do make a difference – is at the heart of what we do.

Business Cornwall: How does the business compare to competitors in the industry?

We are driven by two main goals – what is right for you, and what will make a difference to your business. Because we have a wide skill set and experience, we will listen to your individual needs, offer the most appropriate marketing package for your business, and if for any reason it doesn’t work, we have the flexibility to quickly switch tack and try something else.

We report carefully on all we do for you, and if you want us to, on the marketing you are doing yourselves, and advise at least once a month on anything we think you should change or adapt.

You will always know what you are spending money and time on, and what it is delivering in terms of results.

We do not specialise in any particular sector and currently work with all kinds of organisations include e-commerce companies, hospitality, creative industries, food and drink, financial management and online training providers.

Business Cornwall: What are the business’s plans both short-term and long-term?

To keep doing what we do and continue to do it well.

Business Cornwall: How does the business define success?

If our clients are happy and their website is making money for them, we are happy too.  That and a bit of sunshine
