Truro-based Murrell Associates advised on the acquisition of a £14 million engineering business by Scottish group, RSE (Ross-Shire Engineering).
ACIEM provides engineering services to UK water authorities from its facilities near Bath, Leeds and Port Talbot.
Henry Maples, partner at Murrell Associates, advised the sellers on the acquisition. Maples joined Truro-based Murrell Associates in 2013 and has particular experience of advising on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, group restructurings and shareholders’ agreements.
