The first Wedshed will take place at The Alverton Manor in Truro on Wednesday, June 25.
The workshops have been designed with small businesses in mind, offering the skills and services of industry professionals at cost effective price points.
The first Wedshed workshop will focus on creating outlined marketing plans, allow businesses to create their own high quality content for their website, social media and blog posts, it will also demonstrate how to share that content to ultimately generate sales.
Wedding businesses will be able to benefit from the Wedshed membership forum, networking, webinars and will also receive professional images that they can use for marketing post the event.
Wedshed organiser, wedding marketing consultant, Hazel Parsons, said: “We are really excited to be able to offer these services.
“I often get asked what routes businesses should use to market and how best to create and share good quality content.
“By us collaborating as consultants, wedding businesses are able to access services such as marketing & PR advice, content creation and product photography that they otherwise might not be able to. They will also walk away from the workshop with practical tools they can use within their business.”
The Wedshed Workshop costs £200 per person for the entire day, which includes lunch, and access to just under £2,000 worth of advice from four experts in their fields.
