Bond Timber has completed work to extend its site at Saltash, with an additional 8,400 square feet of undercover storage.
The company, which is part of WH Bond & Sons Ltd, employs over 30 staff at the site at Trerulefoot and supplies timber and related products to trade and retail customers throughout Devon and Cornwall.
As well as the new storage building the company have also recently invested in a new Matrix automatic cross-cut saw to improve efficiency and has employed an additional three full time staff in production and the sales office.
The expansion follows Bond Timber being named Treated Timber Trader of the Year 2015 at the recent UK Wood Protection Association (WPA) Industry Awards.
