Technology partner, Headforwards, is holding a free event to help professionals responsible for organisational technology and data strategy, deliver for their businesses.
The two-hour event will guide business and tech leaders through the concept of transformation; focusing on strategy, people, communication, and change management.
Pete Reed, former CIO for AXA Health and now lead advisory partner for Headforwards, will be joined by Headforwards’ commercial lead, Andy Roberts, a former CIO and head of change. Both will share their experiences and advice in a series of briefings, before finishing with an open roundtable discussion.
Reed said: “As the importance and scope of technology has expanded, both business and technology leaders alike have become responsible for organisational Technology and Data Strategy. Getting your strategy right has become business critical, either enabling or undermining your future business growth.”
The event will be held at Alverton Hotel in Truro on November 16, with a Cornish Cream Tea on Arrival.
