Major regeneration of land to the south of Trevenson Road, Pool has been proposed by English Partnerships, the national regeneration agency, and the Camborne Pool Redruth Urban Regeneration company (CPR Regeneration).
To ensure the proposal for a mixed use of residential and commercial development meets community needs a public consultation and exhibition will be held.

The exhibition, will be open to all who are interested and will seek comments and opinions to help guide plans to be submitted as part of the planning application process.

The exhibition will be held on 29th October at the Berlewen Centre off Trevenson Road, Camborne from 2:00pm -7:30pm and will display current thinking for the development.

A key theme of the exhibition will be to demonstrate how previous consultations regarding the framework TRIP plan and the Design Code, developed earlier this year, have influenced the outcome.  The Design Code in particular will  ensure that local materials, designs and buildings, fit in with the heritage of the area.

David Warburton, English Partnerships’ Director for the South West Area, said: “I would urge all those who have an interest in the site to come to the exhibition to ask any questions they might have and to make their thoughts and comments known.

“Consulting with the community is key to our work and is essential if we are to ensure new communities are places where people want to live, work and relax.”
