Ward Williams Associates (WWA) was recently named SME of the Year at the Construction Excellence South West Awards.
Chris Gingell, from awards sponsor CITB, praised WWA’s commitment to “people, places and planet”.

Ward Williams became the first B Corp chartered surveyor in the world in 2020 and last year was awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Sustainable development.
Earlier this month, it released its annual report, following its fourth year of work with Cornwall Council on the £650 million construction and infrastructure capital programme of investment within the Built Environment Professional Services (BEPS) Framework.
The report highlighted the joint venture between Mace and Ward Williams Associates which has generated an added social and economic value of £59.5 million for the region.
