New role for former Spaceport head


Former head of Spaceport Cornwall Melissa Quinn is joining US-based space data company Slingshot Seradata.

Quinn, who left Spaceport Cornwall last month, is set to succeed Tim Fuller as general manager on July 1.

CEO, Melanie Stricklan, said: “Melissa’s pioneering work in establishing the UK’s first spaceport, coupled with her passion for space, purpose-driven leadership, aerospace expertise, and strong business acumen, make her an invaluable addition to our team.
